It is okay I liked it

This is the second time I bought this kit. The first one was used for a Robot Building Party with the grandkids aged 7-11. While a little advanced for that age group we had a BALL assembling it and making it run. Minor criticism, the base rotation is WAY too fast. The other three motions are at a good speed but the gearing is too aggressive and must be controlled very carefully. Overall a very positive experience.

Rotation speed it too high, needs further gearing to slow it down. The arm destroys itself too easily with the weak joint at the turntable. Frustrating for younger builders that want to also play with the machine.

Really engaging and fun toy, hours of entertainment building it, and more playing with it.
According to the information on this page, it comes with batteries, but on the package itself says it doesn't, which is the case.
I ended up with one piece short, but it might have been only my set. Not a trivial thing, still a great product.

Thank you for putting out a product we can build with our child and the instructions show importance of attention to detail!! But our kit only came with 20 of part # 228-3301-064 and the instruction/ part list says 21 pieces. We are attempting to put it together and see where it will stop us
